1. As a referrer, you have the opportunity to earn up to $1000 for every referral. No reward is guaranteed for any referral, as the referred candidate must meet the reward criteria prior to you receiving any rewards. The reward criteria is listed below:

$100 is paid out to you as the referrer when your referred Leader is Accepted to a CrossPurpose cohort

$400 is paid out to you as the referrer when your referred Leader completes 1 week of class

$500 is paid out to you as the referrer when you referred Leader graduates

CrossPurpose has full discretion in acceptance decisions, and we do not accept appeals when it comes to Acceptance decisions.

2. Rewards will be paid out in gift cards, unless otherwise noted. 

3. Rewards are ONLY paid out to the following individuals:

- Current Leaders actively enrolled, engaged, and in good standing with in the CrossPurpose program

- CrossPurpose Alumni who have successfully graduated from the CrossPurpose program

4. Rewards will only be paid out for referrals gathered through your custom URL - any Leaders who apply to the program without using your custom URL are not eligible for rewards, even if you are indicated as the referrer.
